A thorough search of potential candidates is undertaken through our comprehensive executive database and resourceful targeted search process. When required, a recruitment advertisement may be placed subject to client approval.
Selection process
All our applications are screened extensively and comprehensive interviews are conducted by experienced consultants. The experience, qualifications and personal qualities of each candidate are carefully assessed and aligned with the job profile.
Short-list report
A short-list of suitable candidates, together with individual reports and interviewers’ comments, is presented to the client within 2 to 4 weeks.
Interviews
Arrangements are made for short-listed candidates to be interviewed by the client.
Offer of employment
We assist clients and candidates in finalizing the employment.
Assessment of placement
We follow up with clients and candidates during the probation of three to six months.
